Called Dale to help with some jobs in the garden I can no longer do. Very pleasant, very efficient which I am sure applies to all jobs he undertakes. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

I am very pleased with the results. Nature had taken over my garden, and it had got to the point that I didn’t know where to start. Then I saw an advert for EPS Homeworks, so I got in touch. Dale came round, at a time that was convenient. I went over what needed doing, he got back to me within a few days with the cost. The work was done whilst I was at work. It’s the best money that I’ve spent for a long time. The result is fantastic, I’ve got my garden back. A big thank you.

Dale recently completed the repair of our 5 bar gate which was excellent, so much so we asked Dale to quote us for removing an existing fence and supply and fit a new one. As with our previous experience we received the quote which was very detailed and we agreed to go ahead with the work. Dales communication with customers is exceptional and it would be lovely if all trades could be as good.

Dale carried out the work as agreed and did a fantastic job. My husband who has a keen eye for DIY etc really appreciated the care and time he took to complete the fence. To summarise, we are very pleased with the work carried out and have already asked Dale to quote us for another piece of work.

I had a very stubborn concrete pond that did not want to come out. Dale arrived with all the right equipment and worked so hard to get it removed. Due to his determination, it took less time than he thought.

I am very pleased with my new gate and fence. Dale was friendly and polite. The job took longer than expected but he stayed late to finish it in the time he originally quoted. He tidied everything up afterwards. I would definitely use him again.

I am delighted with Dale’s workmanship. He made it clear in advance what he would require in terms of space and facilities, came when he said he would and cleared up afterwards, all with a very pleasant disposition. I’m sure I will be asking him to quote for work again.

I contacted Dale at EPS to ask if removing bamboo roots was something he would consider, given that they are an ‘unknown quantity’ depth wise, and notoriously difficult to dig out; not something that can be quoted for by the hour or as a job rate. Dale’s suggestion was that he would call in to take a look at the site and we could go from there. He explained that he was very busy but as soon as he was able to, he’d call in…this he did within 2 weeks. His suggestion was that he would quote me 2 hours work and if, after that, he felt it was going to take longer he would tell me and I would have the option of more time or leaving it at that. It was a sensible compromise and, in the event, took Dale less than one hour. I can’t think of many, if any, companies that would not charge for the full hour but I was only charged for the actual time to within 15 minutes. In summary, from the first telephone call to the completed job Dale was polite, friendly and professional and I have asked him to quote me for another job and a project further down the line. From my experience, I do not have any reservations in recommending him.

A very reliable, tidy and professional service. Used primarily for gardening work currently but I’m sure this extends to all other areas of work undertaken.

This company was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I contacted Dale via text and he came back to me the same day. From then onwards the communication I received was outstanding.

Dale came as agreed on a time and date and fixed my 5 bar gate which had dropped on one side and was difficult to close. Dale had also given me a price for the repair before it was carried out.

I have already asked him to quote me for some other work. I certainly won’t be loosing his business card and contact details. Highly recommend.
