It our aim to always help where assistance is needed, whatever the need and wherever possible.
Whilst it would be almost impossible to list everything we can do, some of the more common tasks we can undertake are listed below. Please contact us if you need assistance with something that is not listed, we will probably still be able to help, or otherwise recommend someone who can.

Some of our less common options include vehicle maintenance, CAD survey drawings (area plans, non-structural)… and even dog walking! This is Billy; he is a disability support dog, so not only handsome, he’s clever too!

The nature of some tasks will dictate the need to use specialist trades for safety and regulatory purposes. Where this is the case and we are not be able to carry out the works ourselves, we will be happy to recommend someone to you.
What can you expect from us?
Our goal is to always provide you with a service that at the very least meets your expectations, but more importantly leaves you entirely satisfied.
We will always….
- provide you with a friendly service and quality products.
- treat you fairly and with courtesy.
- provide honest estimates based on what we can reasonably anticipate from our understanding of your requirements. Should we discover additional work is required, we will explain this to you, and seek your approval before proceeding with it. We will provide additional estimates if required.
- aim to attend on the day/time as agreed. Sometimes events beyond our control may dictate that we are delayed or cannot attend. We entirely appreciate how frustrating this can be but will always advise you as soon as we are aware of any likely delay; we will never leave you waiting, wondering where we are.
- check you are satisfied with your service or end product.
- leave the work area safe, clean and tidy.
We will never ….
- over-inflate prices.
- carry out additional work without your consent.
- carry out or charge for unnecessary work.
- perform work where we do not have sufficient specialist knowledge/certification or where believe we would be unable to achieve the standard you deserve. We will tell you if this is the case and may provide you with quality contacts better suited for your requirements.
And what do we ask of you?
In order for us to provide the best service to you, the more information you can provide the better. If you have any special requirements or concerns please just let us know.

Plans change, and things often happen unexpectedly. That’s fine, we fully understand that.
All we ask is that if you need to cancel or amend an appointment we have with you, that you advise us at the earliest opportunity. Where applicable, we will try to swap your appointment with another client so we can re-schedule your appointment for the earliest possible point.
Materials & Payment
We may ask that we are allowed access to water and electricity in order to carry out your requirements.
Where there are material requirements, we may ask for payment to cover these prior to commencing work. We may arrange for large or bulky items to be delivered direct from the supplier. Where we are to collect materials for you, this may incur costs associated with travelling time and fuel. Labour charges are only due upon completion.
We politely request that full payment is made to us by bank transfer, PayPal or cash immediately upon completion of your requirements.
